What is Outreach at Comfort 4 All?
At Comfort 4 All we have the aim of ensuring all individuals have the opportunity to access their local community. The type of support that will be provided will be discussed prior to its commencement and reviewed regularly. Our assistants will be knowledgeable of activities and clubs available in the area and will promote individuals to get involved in such. We will discuss your likes, dislikes and preferences and together develop a plan of activities you would like to try out/ be involved in.

We will work with you to get to know your likes, dislikes, preferences and hobbies to develop a schedule that you are happy with. Whether this is a list of local clubs you would like to attend or whether you just fancy a look round the shops or a nice meal out.
We will determine your transportation needs at the initial assessment. We will discuss the accessibility and use of public transport, whether you have your own car and/or disability vehicle or whether your support staff have their own vehicle. If this is the case we will ensure they have the relevant license, insurance, MOT and tax on their vehicle to ensure you are safe.
